Issue with Waterfall Sheer Descent

Post by Nicnat » Tue 28 May, 2019 twenty:18

Hello. Recently, our waterfall (sheer descent type) is not flowing out evenly with gaps of no h2o on ii areas then the other areas are spraying out more than water and force per unit area. Nosotros tried using a thin tool (like a hacksaw) to probe annihilation clog within but there was no resistance that we felt. Whatsoever other selection to fix this? Appreciate any recommendation. Thank you lot.

Don't know what filtration system you lot have just this sounds like a reduced flow due to a chock-full filter

So, nosotros but checked. Information technology actually flows better when we lower the pressure. Information technology does not catamenia far (equally before), but its smooth flow.

Yes, you'll get a laminar menstruum rather than a turbulent one.

We are at present looking for the filter. We bought this house from the original owner so are non familiar of where everything is. Nosotros could not find it around the concrete expanse and wondering if it is in ground in the grass surface area. Thoughts?

It will exist on the outflow side of the pump somewhere unless it'due south one of the awful monoblock designs that place filters on the skimmer side.
